Ordering from O. Store

  1. What methods of payment do you accept?
    In the online web shop, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

  2. Do you have a physical store?
    No, for the time being, Old News Club and O. Store is online only.

  3. Can I change or cancel my order?
    We process orders very quickly so you can get your products as soon as possible. That means, in most cases, we can't make any changes after an order has been placed. We cannot make any changes after we have sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  4. When will my order ship?
    In stock items in orders placed before 11 AM CET will be shipped within 2 business days.

    Products shipped directly from vendor will always be shipped separately, regardless of any other items in the order. Posters shipped from vendor will be sent within 1-3 business days. Watches from Nezumi will be sent twice a week; Mondays and Thursdays. 
  1. Do you price match?
    No.

  2. Can I include a gift message with my order?
    No, at the moment we do not offer the option to include a gift message with your order.

  3. Do you offer gift wrapping?
    No, at the moment we do not offer gift wrapping. 
  1. Do you have any coupons or discounts?
    From time to time, selected items may be offered at reduced prices and we may also offer coupons or discounts for a limited time. We will not honour codes found on third-party discount, coupon, or promotion websites.

Shipping 

  1. Can you delay shipping my order?
    No, for the time being it is not possible to delay shipping of an order. We aim at shipping orders to our customers as quickly as possible. We recommend placing your order when it’s convenient for you to receive it.
  1. How do I track my order?
    As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s). Some orders containing multiple items will ship in multiple packages, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each package.

    You can also quickly access tracking information for past orders in the Order History section of your account.
  1. What carriers do you use?
    Within Europe, we ship with either FedEx or PostNord (this is also the case for our vendors).

    All orders outside of Europe will be shipped with FedEx Priority.
  1. What countries do you ship to?
    We ship to many countries around the world.

    Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. You can see the shipping cost on the checkout page.

    VAT is included for orders within the EU. Please note that VAT and duty / import fees are not included for orders outside the European Union.
  1. Will I have to pay customs on an international order?
    International customers are solely responsible for payment of all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

    These additional fees are not included in the cost of shipping, and we are not able to provide estimates of what this amount may be for a specific order or item.

    Customs, duties, and taxes can vary widely, so please check with your local customs agency for more details before you place an order.
  1. Tracking shows as delivered, but I don’t have my package. What do I do?
    It can happen that a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it has been dropped off. This can be unfortunate, but out of our hands. If you are missing you package, please start by searching at your delivery address – maybe it’s hiding on the porch, terrace, garage, mail room etc or could even be dropped off at your neighbour or with a helpful co-worker. Please check if someone has received it for you.

    If your package still hasn’t turned up after a couple of days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us at: store@oldnewsclub.com.

 Refunds

  1. How long will it take to receive my refund?
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
     
  1. How do I make a return?
    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): when package has been opened and shows clear sign of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 
  1. What is your return policy?

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  1. I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item. What do I do?
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@oldnewsclub.com and send your item to:
